ARTIST STATEMENT

Kevin is a Bay Area Artist who works with watercolor, markers charcoal, murals, poetry and facilitation to create magical portraits of people, places and ideas. "For me, art is about communication. At this point in history, art has the potential to bring huge numbers of people together for positive personal and cultural development and healing. The role of the artist is to become the channeler of emotions, dreams, goals and human relationships."

Live watercolor painting during Circus performance, capturing Trapeze Artists, Jugglers, Clowns and laughing children at their first Circus

Design and build award winning Project Open Hand float with the collaboration of Open Hand staff, volunteers, clients, and local artists

Live, public watercolor portraits at Folsom Street Fair, Castro Street Fair, various art festivals, to benefit Project Open Hand
